We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Cachè Couture offers free exchanges for an alternate size or alternate dress on all full price dresses.

Sale items, Clearance items, are FINAL SALE!

With Cachè Couture Return Policy, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in perfect condition and that you follow the return instructions listed below. We take pride in our quality products and service and we value our relationship with you. Our goal is to make the returns process as simple as possible to make sure you look and feel your best for your big event.

A Note About Sizing

All of our dresses are sized according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on the ‘Size Guide’ link bellow to the size option of your dress of choice.

Return For Exchange

Please email us at return@cache-couture.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request your Return Authorization Number (RA #). Please indicate that you want to exchange your purchase, and note the designer name, new style, color, size requested and your wear date.

Return authorization #’s will be issued to eligible items. Please note Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

 

Domestic Customers

  • Your package must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Customers are responsible for returns shipping fee.

International Customers

  • Any taxes, duties or customs duty fees incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for returns shipping fee.

 

Return For Store Credit

Please email us at contact@cache-couture.comwithin 5 days of receiving your order to request your Return Authorization Number (RA #). Your Refund online store credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected.

Domestic Customers

  • Your package must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number (RA#). The shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.

International Customers

  • The shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. Any taxes, duties, or customs duty fees incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Processing time for Returns is 4-7 business days. Once processed, the exchange or credit will be applied to your order.
